| Detail: would just like to send a comment to thank you very much for the excellent service we received recently in Ottawa. It was on March 14th and we were stranded in Ottawa after our plane could not land in Montreal due to very bad fog. The airline (Porter) did not know how to handle the situation so I got out my blackberry and started searching. I came across your services and called the 1-866 number. The dispatcher was super and said that the Ottawa affiliate would call in 5 minutes. They actually did and the lady on dispatch was amazing. She found us a driver (Daniel Roy) with a Suburban who was willing to drive to Montreal at 10pm at night in the bad fog after just returning from Montreal. This saved my vacation that I was leaving on at 7am the next morning! Thanks to your company! Katrine |
